Image size presets

Pick a file size limit or an exact pixel size. Each page sets up the tool for you and explains where that size is used.

Compress to a file size

Forms and uploads often set a limit in KB or MB. Choose yours and every image comes out at that size or smaller.

Social media: exact pixel sizes

Banners and covers: exact pixel sizes

Square images: exact pixel sizes

Screens and video: exact pixel sizes

Icons and avatars: exact pixel sizes

Photos and ID: exact pixel sizes

Stores and apps: exact pixel sizes

Which kind of limit do you have?

A file size limit (in KB or MB) and a pixel size (width x height) are different things. A photo can be small in pixels and still large in KB, or the other way round. If a form gives both, resize to the pixel size first, then compress to the size limit.

For a size that is not listed, use the image resizer for pixels or the online compression tool for KB. Everything runs in your browser, so your images are never uploaded.
